Programs for Children:

Lil' Dragons
(for kids ages 4 - 5)
An introductory program to Shou' Shu' and a way for the youngsters to acquire skills in: coordination, listening, getting along with others, building character,
    building self respect, and self confidence.

Growing Dragons
Beginner &
Intermediate Class
(for our students ages 6 - 12)
Beginner to Intermediate Class for adolescence. There are three reasons that parents want to have their children to be in a Karate Class, it teaches:
SELF-CONFIDENCE
SELF-CONTROL
SELF-DEFENSE

Self-Confidence and Self-Control are brought into play by learning the foundations of MIND, BODY & SPIRIT.

Self-Defense is attained by learning how to use their VOICE, BODY & MIND

 


Mighty Dragons
Advanced Class
(for our students ages 6 - 12)
This class is designed for the intermediate to advanced student, it allows the student to rocket forward in ALL of their skills they have learned thus far.

Group Classes
A very generalized and basic program for adults who are looking for a way to learn self-defense and get a workout doing it.

Private Lessons Private lessons are a 30 minutes long, one-on-one lesson that is scheduled around your available time, any time after 2:30. These lessons are designed to fit your learning style and desired results.
